This piece is a double exposure study of decay and distant gaze

Photographed using a very large Victorian 1895 mahogany camera and produced on coloured Perspex using the 1851 Wet Plate Collodion process

These photographs & plates are produced by Dave in his darkroom using entirely traditional analog techniques involving the alchemy of Ether and Silver Nitrate

Each plate is unique and individual with its own beautiful Wet plate collodion plate edge swirls and movement.

There will be a limited edition of just 10 “Forever” plates made.

No 1 to be kept by Dave for exhibitions and 9 for sale

Each 200x200x3mm plate comes in a Black presentation box along with a hand made Oak display block (crafted by Dave)
